Passive Build
With wide experience in installing sustainable technologies and delivering renewable energy schemes its only natural that we would progress to taking a holistic approach to the entire construction process and embrace passive building design and construction standards and beyond particularly in the face of mounting awareness of environmental issues, carbon reduction and the ever increasing focus on reducing energy costs.
We provide specialist full design and build capability proactively integrating passive building standards into the design and build on all projects both domestic and commercial, either using clients own design team or using our own experienced architectural partners. We actively encourage the use and integration of sustainable design, materials and technologies from the ground up, including renewables were necessary that moderate external environmental conditions and maintain internal conditions exceeding current building regulations, in line with passive build standards throughout the design and build process from the ground up.
